Moreover, our warranty is so simple and so wide that you will have complete peace of mind.

So long as you are the original purchaser and have the original receipt to prove the same, your Nubliss mattress will be covered under the warranty! We know that it is almost impossible that it will ever occur, but in case there are any manufacturing defects like uneven surface, pasting issues, or cracks in the foam or if indentation is more than 5 cms, then we will determine the best solution (fix or replace the mattress, provide full or partial reimbursement, or any other suitable fix) so that your smile never turns upside down.

To maintain a happy relationship with Nubliss, keep your warranty valid. All we need you to do is to ensure that the mattress is not subjected to misuse, careless treatment, or physical abuse, and that mattress is unboxed within 15 days of the delivery.

Then there are some elements that the warranty does not cover and we want to transparently communicate them to you as well. These are as follows:

1. Damage to the mattress cover or zipper from unintended use.

2. Damage caused to mattress due to unintended use or normal increase in softness.

3. Mattress dimensions have a 10% tolerance due to elastic components. And so long the mattress remains within this tolerance, whether after short-term or long-term use of the mattress, warranty claim will not be valid.

4. Minor manufacturing defects like overlapping of a stitch or piping.

Do you provide any warranty card with the mattress?

The invoice delivered with the mattress acts like a warranty. We would request you to please keep the same safely to avail warranty.

What all is not covered under the warranty?

  • Wear & tear caused due to regular use.
  • Softening or sagging less than one inch due to normal use.
  • The defect caused due to improper support for the mattress
  • Damage caused due to misuse and abuse of mattress.
  • Discomfort due to firmness or comfort preference is not considered as a defect.
  • Stains caused on the mattress or mattress cover due to fluid, tears, food, urine, or burns.
  • Soiling of mattress or mattress cover.
  • Damage to mattress cover or zipper on the mattress.
  • Unauthorized service during the warranty period.
  • Damage caused due to poor mattress care, i.e. - mould, dirt, or smell due to fluid, tears, food, urine, or burns.
  • Deformation or tear caused due to exposure to cold/hot temperatures for a period.
  • Any sort of fabric/zip /mattress damage caused while opening the seal of the mattress is not covered under the warranty.

What are the steps for claiming the warranty?

  • Customer needs to submit a proof of problem along with a copy of the original invoice.
  • A pick up will be arranged from a customer's location at no cost.
  • The mattress will be inspected to confirm the claim.
  • Nubliss will either repair the mattress or provide the customer with replacement if repair is not possible.
  • The mattress will be delivered at your doorstep free of cost.

If the claim is not confirmed by Nubliss, then the customer will be charged a transportation cost. This cost will depend on the location of the customer.

What other points do I need to keep in mind?

Warranty is not applicable on any claim made other than for the benefit of the original purchaser.

Mattresses kept in unhygienic or unsanitary conditions may damage the product and invalidate the warranty. For health and safety reasons of workers, Nubliss may refuse to inspect such mattresses and deny the warranty claim.

Product failure is limited to sagging of the core of the mattress.

Highest liability is capped by the purchase price of the mattress as shown in the original invoice.

Nubliss Sleeptech Private Limited/Nubliss will make the final decision on the warranty. Company reserves the complete right to refuse any warranty claim if it doesn’t fulfill the Warranty Terms and Conditions.
