How can I make payment for my order?
Payment can be easily done through following means:
- Cash on Delivery: To make transaction as smooth as possible, we offer cash on delivery option. You can easily pay for your order using cash. Please tender the exact change as the delivery executive might not carry the same.
- Online Payment: You can easily pay for your order on www.nubliss.com. Our website offers a wide range of payment options that are tied up with a secure payment gateway.
What type of cards do you accept?
We accept Visa Credit, Visa Debit, MasterCard and American Express.
How soon a refund can be processed?
Your refund will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product in original condition.
Is zero down payment EMI/Bajaj Finance option available? What is the installment % or amount?
For now, we are not offering Zero down payment EMIs or finance through Bajaj Finance.
For the convenience of our customers, we offer payment through CCAvenue/Paytm payment gateways. In case of finance service offered on Credit Card, we have no control over the interest charged on the amount or number of EMI’s offered.
What should I do if the refund amount is incorrect?

How will you process the refund if I paid through COD mode?
In case of COD mode, we would request you to please provide us with the bank account details on firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is the Return Policy for Topper/2in1 Pillow/Pillow?
Customer can return the product within 7 days of delivery in case of a manufacturing defect. Get in touch with our team over the phone- +91-9205138595 or through email- email@example.com.
Points to consider before opting for return:
- Return the product in the prime condition. That is: do not stain, damage or tamper the product in any way.
- Provide original invoice - Not the scanned copy or email printout, and that you send the refund request through an email within 7 days of receiving the products.
- Manufacturing defects considered for return: Uneven surface in memory foam insert of the pillow, pasting issues, or cracks in the foam or if indentation is more than 5 cms.
- Minor manufacturing defects like overlapping of a stitch or piping is not considered for return.
- 101 days return policy is not applicable for accessories- Nubliss Mattress Topper, Nubliss 2in1 Memory Foam Pillow, Nubliss Pillow, Blanket, and Bed Sheet.
Do you have trial available for Topper/2in1 Pillow/Pillow?
Trial is not available for Nubliss accessories- Nubliss Mattress Topper, Nubliss 2in1 Memory Foam Pillow, Nubliss Pillow, Blanket, and Bed Sheet.
What is the return process?
If you are not happy with the mattress while availing 101 nights trial, then we will offer you 100% refund on your mattress purchase.
All we need you to do is
- Return the mattress in the prime condition. That is: do not stain, damage or tamper the mattress in any way.
- Provide original invoice - Not the scanned copy or email printout, and that you send the refund request through an email within 101 Nights of receiving the mattress.
- In case of discomfort, we recommend using the mattress for minimum of 3 weeks. During this short span of time, your body will adjust to the new experience. If you still face an issue, we will be happy to process the return.
Do I need to pay for the return?
Not at all! We offer free returns on all Nubliss products.
Will I be eligible for an exchange?
Before placing an order, we request you to properly measure your bed to avoid getting a wrong size mattress. If you get a wrong one, then no need to panic. Just place an exchange request by writing to us and our support team will be happy to assist you further. We will together find a solution.
If the product is unpacked, then please mention the same on the mail. Extra handling charges will be applicable in this scenario.
Who will pick up the mattress if I decide to return it?
Our delivery partner will pick up the mattress from the address it was delivered at the first go.
Do I need to keep the box?
You are not required to keep the box, as it is humanly impossible to fit the mattress back in the box. You can use it for personal use.
How do I prepare my mattress for return?
- We will send a packaging material for the reverse pickup.
- The original mattress will be scheduled for pick up within 7 working days of receiving the 'return' or 'refund' request.
- The collection by the 'Pick-up' team can take up to 5 business days.
- Refund will be processed within 5 days, after inspection of the mattress at the warehouse.
Can I return my mattress within 1 month?
If you are not satisfied, you can avail our stress-free return policy and return the mattress. We will be happy to help!
We recommend as well as encourage our customers to try the mattress for a minimum of 3 weeks. During this short span of time, your body will adjust to the new experience. We are not saying it is mandatory, but we wish you to at least give your body a chance to tune according to the mattress.
Can I return a free product?
A Nubliss Pillow, 2in1 Memory Foam Pillow, Bed Sheet, Topper, or an AC Quilt cannot be returned or replaced unless it has a manufacturing defect. The customer is requested to inform about the defect within 48 hours of delivery through an email. Freebies cannot be returned. If an accompanying product is returned, then the original price of the freebie will be deducted.
What if I bought a mattress from Amazon, Flipkart, and Other Websites? How can I return the mattress?
This must be made directly via our website, through an email on firstname.lastname@example.org .Refunds will be made via the same payment method used to order the mattress.
What all is not covered under 101-day Trial?
- The 101-day trial does not cover an exchange of mattress due to an incorrect size ordered.
- The policy is limited to one return per household per year. Please Note: Order placed by two members/individuals from one household will be considered as one order.
What are the reasons for the 'Rejection' of a return request?
Under the following circumstances, the return request can be rejected:
- Return request raised within the first 3 weeks from purchase.
- The mattress or the mattress cover, that we received at our warehouse, is tempered or torn.
- The mattress or the mattress cover, that we received at the warehouse, is stained by food and other liquids.
Can I return my product after the 101-day trial period ends?
A customer is only allowed to return the product within the 101-day trial. Post this period, the mattress can be exchanged if it meets warranty claim guidelines.
What if the return pick-up is not possible in my zipcode?
If the logistics partner is not able to extend pick-up service in your area (Zipcode) where delivery was done, then we would request the customer to arrange shipment to the nearest hub of our logistics partner. Please be rest assured that our team will guide you through the whole process.
What if I received a mattress with a defective cover?
If you received a mattress a defective cover, then we will only replace the cover and not the whole mattress.
